Today, we are going to act out the very first scene given in the textbook – chapter 1.

Does anybody want to be Mulan?

We also need a narrator…

Man in front of the tree?

We will have a read-through…

Before we act it out, we are going to read through the script. First, Mulan, will you do/read your part?

Each person will read her part.

Vocabulary Procedure
While reading, if you come across/see a difficult or a word you don’t know, please underline it, and we will discuss it after finishing/we finish reading.

Reading

We will work in pairs (2s).
Read the text together.
If there is a word you do not know, find it in the dictionary.
Then write it in your notebooks.
Then, one of you will come up and write it and the Korean translation on the Word Wall.
