Probably most English teachers in Korea do so like me. I think it is not a good habit. To teach English with a lesson plan can be well-prepared class. So we can make some mistakes when we teach English without a lesson plan. For instance, our mistakes follows: variety, sequence, pacing, timing. </p>

I couldn’t have enough time to take of those whose ability is lower than that of others.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="1">&#160; It is not an exggeration to say that I always feel frustrated in teaching without finding any good method for those whose interests are so various and different.</font></p>
